Custom Design Projects
If a completely custom design experience is what you are looking for, Rill Life Design is your go to choice.

Custom design packages begin with a free Discovery Call. An in-person consultation can then be booked for $297. After this in-person meeting, you will receive a scope of work proposal, preliminary design statement, a budget draft and more.
​
If you choose to move forward with the project, it will be scheduled upon payment of a retainer fee which includes phase one design work such as site measurements, digital design drawings, preliminary design direction, initial design presentation and up to 2 revisions.

Design Direction & DIY Package
This package is your custom design without project management. If you are comfortable with some diy, we'll set you up for success!
​
During Julie's up to 2 hour visit, she will help you identify the design problems and the solutions that best fit your style, needs and budget.
​
Within 7 business days, you will receive a plan that includes detailed instructions: drawings, a sample timeline, color selections, a list of needed finishes, furniture and accessory pieces, along with sources and more. Basically, everything you need to carry out the plan yourself. If you choose to shop through our vendors you will receive up to 35% off retail.
​
Two hours of revision time and support is included with this package. This package is for an open layout space or up to 3 rooms, depending on complexity. Additional rooms can be ordered.

DDD Package - $2497
New Construction Finish Package
Have the home you didn't know you dreamed of. Julie sees the big picture, yet focuses attention on the details to make the vision real. Get a designer look on your budget and timeline. Packages include finish schedules, necessary drawings and a presentation binder with samples for future reference.

A Special Note to Contractors:

Julie's first words were "home builder." Really! Her respect and excitement for the practice of home building shows in her work. Creating finish packages is her happy place.
Some contractors would rather shoot themselves with a framing nailer than bring a designer onto a project; rest assured: Julie is not a design diva. She knows the importance of keeping to the schedule and the budget and she won't over promise your clients- anything! Ever!

Julie also knows her way around a measuring tape and takeoffs are done thoroughly and accurately.
